Ofek Kehila is an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Spanish, Portuguese, and Latin American Studies. He holds a PhD from the Hebrew University (2022) and was a postdoctoral fellow at Freie Universität Berlin (2023-2025). Ofek’s fields of expertise are Spanish Golden Age literature, Latin American literature, and the dialogue between these traditions. His book, La literatura como reescritura: el caso de Reinaldo Arenas, was published by De Gruyter (2024) and his articles were published in leading journals such as Hispanic Review, Atalanta, Iberoamericana, and Anales Cervantinos.
